Companies Act, 2013
The following services are covered under the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules & regulations made thereunder:
Registering new companies with the Registrar of Companies. This involves preparing and submitting all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and obtaining the certificate of incorporation.
Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date statutory registers and records as mandated by company law. This includes registers of members, directors, charges, and other relevant documents.
To comply with filing necessary mandatory forms with ROC and also performing annual filing obligations by preparing and submitting annual returns and financial statements to the Registrar of Companies within the stipulated timeframes.
Charge Creation/Modification & Satisfaction, Change in auditors, Strike Off/Winding Up, etc. we facilitate these changes and update the necessary records with the Registrar of Companies.
Conduct compliance audits and due diligence exercises for clients to assess their compliance with company law and regulatory requirements, identify any areas of non-compliance, and recommend remedial actions. This also includes the preparation of search reports.

The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
The following services are covered under The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the rules & regulations made thereunder:
Registering new LLPs with the Registrar of Companies by executing documents and filing necessary forms on the MCA Portal.
After incorporation, filing of LLP agreement with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) through the MCA portal within the prescribed timeframe. This document outlines the rights, duties, and obligations of LLP partners.
Overseeing Annual compliance requirements of LLPs, including filing DIR 3 KYC, Annual returns (Form 11) and Statement of Account and Solvency (Form 8) through the MCA portal within the stipulated deadlines.
Any changes in LLP information, such as partners' details, registered office address, contribution, name & business activity, share of profits, conversion of firm to any other entity, or any other changes in LLP agreement and updating the same with the ROC.
